• Download pangu latest version. Pangu v1.2 is the latest at the moment.

• Connect your device to the PC via USB cable.
• Run pangu.
• let pangu identify your device.
• Don't worry whether you can't see/read characters on pangu interface. interface will be weird otherwise you have installed Chinese language pack on your PC. Pangu 1.1 has English interface.
• Make sure you have unchecked the odd looking check box below the Jailbreak button. Pangu 1.1 has removed the check box for Chinese piracy app store installation.
• click Black Jailbreak button (The one and only button on the interface)
• pangu will start and reboot your device after few minutes.
