In windows you can increase your internet speed follow below step but it will make a little bit changes in your speed.
.Click START, then click RUN.
.Type "gpedit.msc" without the quotes, then click OK.
.Browse to the highlighted area shown in img 1 and img 2 -- click Computer Configuration/ Administrative Templates/ Network/ QoS Packet Scheduler
.in the left-hand pane (shown in img1) then double-click "Limit reservable bandwith" in the right-hand pane.
.The dialog box shown below will pop up.(Ref Img2)
.Click the dot (radio button Follow the step 1-4) for Enabled as shown below,
.in Bandwidth Limit, type or click up or down until a number between 0 and 10 is shown.
.Click Apply,(Ref.Img2 follow the step 1-4) and ok
.after that Click START, then click RUN
.type gpupdate /force press ok or restart the pc
.Click START, then click RUN.
